HOW THE EQUIPMENT WORKS
These types of unity are constituted in the S.S. 304 and dived in two or three compartments endowed with agitators.
The solution of polymer of concentrate emulsion is dosing by a special metering pomp and injected through a special static mixer which handles the first mixing with water, subsequently it falls inside the first chamber for the dissolution and for the maturation of the solution, subsequently it will pass in the other chamber for the stocking. The last compartment is endowed with sensor of level that guarantees the operation in automatic.
The times For a perfect maturation of the solution can vary since 10 to 40 minutes and they depend such type of used emulsion.
